Stuart created the STILL Method from more than 20 years of practice as a social worker, therapist, and anxiety specialist. His own experience living with brittle bone disease and significant hearing loss shaped a philosophy at the heart of everything he delivers: anxiety is not a weakness. It is a nervous system doing its job in an environment that was not designed with it in mind.
