My course with you changed the way I dealt with every day challenges by making me focus on my own needs on a daily basis. I enjoyed the practical strategies I still implement even though the course has ended. Refocusing on what I could do about my anxiety was life changing. I drew tremendous strength from being able to refer to Rachel's tips and strategies for reducing and even banishing the overwhelming waves of anxiety I'd felt before the coaching sessions. I was amazed by how much more capable, resilient and organised I felt once I had incorporated certain techniques into my daily routine. I was given the tools to rethink problems rather than feeling suffocated by the panic they created in me. My favourite techniques included physical exercises to relieve and refocus my spiralling thoughts. Also, I enjoyed being able to document my journey in brief note form so that I could return to what Rachel had taught me in a small workbook. Rachel also coached me on how to look at things totally differently, retraining my thought processes and freeing me from my restrictive and desperately fearful thoughts. I learnt important things about how our brains can see things differently with the help of anxiety coaching.
