What is the STILL Method?

The STILL Method is built around five core pillars:
Stop. Talk. Imagine. Listen. Learn.
These tools help interrupt fear-driven responses and replace them with calm, grounded confidence. Over six sessions, your coach will guide you through:

  • Personalised anxiety tools that actually work

  • Support to understand the root of your patterns

  • Techniques to manage panic, overthinking, and avoidance

  • Calm-building strategies rooted in neuroscience

You’ll come away with practical tools — and real belief in your ability to use them.

1-2-1 or groups, or in the workplace.

The STILL Method program is delivered by coaches in groups or with individuals face-to-face or online. This gives you the flexibility to choose sessions that suit your needs and make you feel comfortable.

How it Works

You’ll work with a trained STILL Method coach in your local area or online. The programme runs over 6 sessions, usually weekly.

Each session includes:

  • A structured tool to use immediately

  • Space to reflect and reset

  • Gentle accountability and encouragement

  • Techniques you can revisit for life
