The idea

Train the team, not just one person

Most settings end up with one member of staff who really understands this work, the person everyone quietly sends the anxious or withdrawn child to. It is a lot to rest on one pair of shoulders, and it leaves the rest of the team guessing.

STILL for Teams gives that understanding to a whole group. Up to five members of staff, each certified in three STILL Method specialisms of your choosing, so your team shares one language and one consistent way of responding rather than a patchwork of approaches. Every course is accredited at provider level, and each person earns a certificate for their CPD record.

Who is STILL for Teams for?

Schools, nurseries, care settings and any team working with children or young people who want a consistent, nervous-system-informed approach across the staff group rather than relying on one trained individual.

Does it count as CPD?

Yes. Every course is accredited at provider level and each staff member earns a certificate for their CPD record. It is self-paced and online, so it fits around teaching rather than costing you cover days.

Can we choose different specialisms for different staff?

The bundle is built around three shared specialisms for the team, so everyone comes out with the same framework and language. If you need something more tailored, get in touch and we will talk it through.

What about Anxiety or ADHD?

Those are our flagship certifications and sit outside the team bundle. They are available as full standalone courses, and we are happy to discuss adding them for your team.
