Dates and booking for STILL Method Coach Training
If you already know the STILL Method Anxiety Coach Training is right for you, this is where you choose your route and reserve your place. You can join live dates on Zoom or begin online straight away through our learning platform.
Both routes lead to the same accredited qualification as a STILL Method Anxiety Coach. Many people start online, then step into live sessions when the dates work for them.
- Train to work with anxious children, teens and adults using a full framework.
- Choose live Zoom dates or a self paced route that fits around your life.
- Spread payments in instalments on the booking page if you need to.
If you have not yet read the full overview, you can open the Anxiety Coach Training page in a separate tab before you choose dates.
You are booking a complete, accredited anxiety coaching programme, not a single workshop. The choice here is simply how you would like to train.
Live and online routes both include mentoring, your licence, and access to the STILL coach community.
Choose how you want to train
Life is busy. That is why the STILL Method offers two ways to complete the Anxiety Coach Training. You can join fixed dates with a group, or you can move at your own pace and still have support.
Live Zoom training
Join a live group on Zoom with Stuart as your trainer. Training usually runs across four days, with options during the week and at weekends. You learn together, see the tools demonstrated and can ask questions in real time.
- Four live training days on Zoom.
- Option to add an extra day if you train in both child and adult routes.
- Interactive sessions, practice exercises and live demonstrations.
- Same accreditation and licence as the online route.
You will see all upcoming STILL Method Coach cohorts, including weekday and weekend options, in London time.
Self paced online route
Start today on our online platform. Work through the teaching modules around your shifts, caring responsibilities or health, and join mentoring calls once you are ready.
- Immediate access to all core teaching and resources.
- Study in your own time from anywhere in the world.
- Join live mentoring calls and team meetings.
- Same accreditation and licence as the live route.
Many coaches begin online, then join a later live cohort to deepen their confidence.
What you are booking when you choose your dates
When you reserve a place you are booking the full STILL Method Anxiety Coach Training described on the main course page, not a stand alone workshop. By the end of the training you will be able to:
- Work with anxious children, teenagers and adults using a clear framework.
- Deliver one to one sessions and small group work in schools, homes, online or community settings.
- Use licensed STILL tools and workbooks with each child or adult you support.
- Explain anxiety in language that makes people feel understood rather than blamed.
- Begin or grow a paid anxiety coaching practice with ongoing support behind you.
If you want the full detail of modules, accreditation and outcomes, you can read the main Anxiety Coach Training page or visit the Anxiety Coach Training hub for a deeper guide to the role and career.
Fees and payment options
The fees for the STILL Method Anxiety Coach Training are:
- £1,250 if you train to work with children or with adults.
- £1,500 if you choose to train in both routes.
Your fee includes all teaching, access to recordings, your STILL Method Anxiety Coach licence, tools and templates, and ongoing mentoring and team meetings once you qualify.
There are no annual registration fees. After training, each person you work with will need their own workbook, currently £13 for children and £15 for adults.
On the booking page you can see current payment plan options and spread the cost across instalments if needed.
