Anxiety is not a disorder.
It is a system that has been overtrained.

The thinking behind the method
Anxiety is a prediction. Your nervous system runs a threat simulation based on everything it has learned, then presents the output as fact.
The simulation is not always wrong. But it is frequently outdated, often disproportionate, and almost never as accurate as it feels. The problem is not the signal. It is the story the signal tells. The STILL Method teaches you to examine the story rather than obey it.
- Stop the surge before the story becomes the verdict
- Talk to the fear like it is information, not identity
- Imagine a wider range of outcomes than catastrophe
- Listen to what your body is actually signalling, early
- Learn the pattern, so anxiety stops having the same conversation with you twice
